| "Monroe Police Cpl. Kris Fulmer approached an evidence table covered in photographs, crack cocaine bundles and wads of small bills. He picked up a woman’s T-shirt. The shirt belonged to 47-year-old Shelia Toney, according to Fulmer, the mother of two of the 11 suspected members of the “31 Flavors” street gang charged with racketeering Tuesday morning. The shirt’s front displayed the word, “Momma” and Toney’s image. The back, Fulmer said, featured several members of the “31 Flavors” flashing their sign."
