"Harrisonburg Police Lt. Kurt Boshart announced Thursday the arrests of nine people, six adults and three juvenile, alleged to be in gangs. One of the accused leaders lived near the small community of Tenth Legion. According to an affidavit filed to obtain a search warrant, Juan Jose Ramirez-Valencia is a known local leader of the gang SUR 13."
