| "Hector Mauricio Hernandez was sentenced to 30 years in prison for first-degree murder and 10 years each for two counts of first-degree assault in Montgomery County (Maryland) Circuit Court last Thursday. In the fall of 2008 Hernandez got off of a bus and then fired several shots back into the bus killing Tai Lam (14) and wounding two others. Hernandez an illegal alien had been arrested before for harassing a student at Northwood High School in Silver Spring."
